PROJECT WEDDING CO.

Project Wedding Co. is a wedding concept service designed to help brides / couples veer their wedding planning into the right direction, with creative guidance and correct planning process.  It is the brainchild of an events and marketing professional who is also a bride herself and knows very well the whole process of meticulously planning a wedding, first hand.

How does it work?

First of all, we want to get to know our clients! We will sit with the couple to discuss their expectations and budget, and how they envision their wedding to be. It will be a fun and light brainstorming meeting, we promise!  After the meeting, based on the couple's requirements, PWC will create the couple’s very own “Project Wedding Book”. This is not just a piece of paper, but the master plan that will guide the couple on their wedding planning journey. This ensures that  your wedding theme and all the elements are cohesive and go well together. It is a great way to jump start the wedding preparations with a well-crafted plan to avoid waste of time and money.

With the Project Wedding Book, the couple is now all set to begin the wedding planning without the stress and hassle!

PWC offers different packages to suit the couple’s needs and budget.  As well as other minor services to lift some planning and coordination burden from the bride / couple, or to simply achieve whatever the couple dreams of for their wedding!

Here's the step by step process:
The process is the same for all packages, only the outputs vary depending on the package chosen.

Stage 1: The Meet-up

 Bride / couple books for a meeting.  Consultation and brainstorming (plus fun chikahan) takes place for us to know the couple better and their requirements in terms of the look & feel and the budget.

Stage 2: The Draft

After the brainstorming, we will send the couple 3 color motif suggestions and 3 themes to choose from via email. From there, the couple will choose and give additional inputs. We will give the couple 1 week to decide.  We can discuss via phone, and follow up with an email. 

Stage 3: The Book

After the couple has chosen their color motif and theme and given final additional inputs, we will start working on their "Project Wedding Book”.  In two to four weeks it will be ready for pick up! We will provide a hard copy and a soft copy in a CD.
