SEMI-FULL PROJECT WEDDING BOOK

This is a very affordable and practical package to help you get started on your wedding preparations! Let us help you craft your motif colors and theme (Package A), PLUS provide you the wedding planning essentials such  as your VERY OWN checklist, planning process guide and the very useful budget template so you can keep a tab of your wedding expenses.  It's not just some common wedding guide, it is tailored for your wedding.

You can also consult us with other things and we will give verbal advice, sky's the limit (as long as we know the answer or solution, we will not keep it from you). We're your wedding prep friends remember that!

FULL PROJECT WEDDING BOOK

This package is surely worth your every cent as it encompasses everything you need about your OWN wedding.  It's not just some common wedding guide, it is tailored for YOUR wedding. This is Package B + pre-nup shoot concept, invitation look, outfits look book, souvenir recommendations, actual wedding event walk-through, budget template and supplier suggestions.  Bring this to you on meetings with caterer, event coordinator, suppliers, and your planning will be a breeze! It's all in one book!

It does not end there, whatever it is, you can consult with us, we are your very personal wedding concept planner slash wedding forum slash wedding info source - rolled into one. As long as we can help, we will!

Here's the step by step process:

The process is the same for all 3 packages, only the outputs vary depending on the package chosen.

Stage 1: The Meet-up

 Bride / couple books for a meeting.  Consultation and brainstorming (plus fun chikahan) takes place for us to know the couple better and their requirements in terms of the look & feel and the budget.

Stage 2: The Draft

After the brainstorming, we will send the couple 3 color motif suggestions and 3 themes to choose from via email. From there, the couple will choose and give additional inputs. We will give the couple 1 week to decide.  We can discuss via phone, and follow up with an email. 

Stage 3: The Book

After the couple has chosen their color motif and theme and given final additional inputs, we will start working on their "Project Wedding Book”.  In two to four weeks it will be ready for pick up! We will provide a hard copy and a soft copy in a CD.

EXTRA EXTRA!

Project Wedding Co. also offers the following services and products. These are most useful to couples who need help in only some parts of their wedding preparations, but do not want to or do not have the budget to hire a full-wedding planner to take care of these things.  You can avail of these services / products even if you haven’t availed a package, or add this on to your package and get 10% off.

Monogram (your wedding logo)

Your very own monogram! The “brand logo” of your wedding. We will create three monogram studies for you to choose from.  Once you’re decided, we will create the final art, with revisions from you if any, and sent to you in hi-resolution via e-mail.

Monogram Rubber Stamp
Php 250

(As in intro promo, comes free with any PWC package availed. For a limited time only.)

Either our design or your own, have your monogram immortalized and turned into a rubber stamp! This is probably one of the most worthwhile spend you will do on your wedding because you can use this on a lot of things – A LOT. Stamp it on your giveaways, decors, invitation, save-the-dates, name cards, even in napkins, coffee cup holders, and many many more – in any color you wish! Think about it, the possbilities are endless. Stamp away!

Supplier Outsourcing + Creative Concept Service  (service only)

Php 1,000 (per item)

Need help in conceptualizing and outsourcing affordable wedding supplies like flowers, souvenirs, cake, bridal car, bridal gown, etc.?  Let us help!  

Let us chat via phone or email to help us figure out a unique solution that fits your budget and needs. You’ll be surprised at how affordable our souvenir suggestions can get, if you ask for it!  This service is truly worth your bucks. We will present several options, suppliers and costs, and we can take it from there! 

We will be the one to look for and coordinate with the supplier, with your go signal of course. If you have a certain supplier that you prefer, no problemo, we will contact and coordinate with them just the same.   Now all you have to do is receive or pick up the items, and pay the supplier directly!  Leave the gruesome research and coordination part to us.

Souvenir Solution  (service + product)

We can fully take care of souvenir planning and sourcing for you! This includes the souvenir conceptualization service PLUS directly sourcing the souvenirs, packaging and prettifying them and providing them to you.  Souvenir cost is for quotation, contact us to inquire. Conceptualization and outsourcing fee will be waived.
